Elite Gate Repair in Weatherford, TX

Elite operators in Weatherford usually sit where a heavy gate has mains power: an estate swing gate near the edge of town, or a slide gate on a business or equipment yard along I-20 and US 180. These AC units take the weight that a lighter operator could not, and their failures are predictable. The start capacitor weakens and the motor hums before it turns. Limit switches drift so the gate stops short. On busy yards, the chain and sprocket on a slide unit wear with high cycles. A heavy estate leaf that has begun to sag also makes the motor run hot.

Repairing an Elite is usually straightforward. A capacitor, a limit switch or a board can be replaced without removing the operator, and a chain and sprocket set fixes most grinding on SL3000UL and SL595 slide units. On an estate swing gate near Saddlecrest Estates, the hinges and post get checked first, because a sagging leaf will undo any repair. Parts are well supported through LiftMaster, which has owned Elite since 2003.
