All-O-Matic Operator — Chain, Sprocket and Limit Check
0:27Filmed on the job by Shield Gate Repair
What this video shows
Checking the chain, sprocket and limit positions on an All-O-Matic operator. Chain stretch is normal and progressive: a stretched chain rides high on the sprocket and wears the teeth, so replacing a chain early is considerably cheaper than replacing a chain, a sprocket and a gearbox later.
